Combat Stress - Tip #1

Here’s tip #1 …

Take your favorite essential oil - dilute with a carrier oil, like coconut, before applying to skin - and place a drop about three finger widths below the inside of your wrist. Massage four or five seconds. Repeat on the other wrist. It is suggested that this acupressure point may help alleviate anxiety.

Apply some essential oil to each of your temples as well. This will help break patterns that you may be holding. Be sure to state intentions of letting go of old patterns of fear!

Some essential oils noted for relieving stress: lavender, lemon, rose, and chamomile.
