Lodging Policies

Check-in: 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm
We do not accommodate early check-ins; however, if you arrive early you are welcome to enjoy our hot springs facilities before you check in.

Check-out: 11:00 am
Please be prepared to be out of the room by 11am. If you find you are unable to depart by that time, please contact the front desk. All late departures will be charged $25 for the first 30 minutes past checkout time, $50 for 60 minutes past checkout time, and a full additional night's stay for time beyond that.

Late check-in after 10pm
If you will arrive after 10pm, please make arrangements for a late check-in. Our front office is open 8am to 10pm daily. We do not staff a 24-hour front desk but are happy to accommodate late arrivals.

48-hour cancellation policy
Cancellations must be received by 3pm two days prior to arrival date. Reservations cancelled less than 48-hours prior to day of arrival will be charged one-night's stay including taxes.
  •  Reservations may NOT be cancelled via email, please call 1-800-832-5523.
  •  No shows will be charged one night's stay plus taxes and fees. Any remaining days on reservation will be cancelled.

Guarantee Policy
All reservations require a valid credit card number. The credit card will be pre-authorized one day prior to arrival or day-of for same day reservations. Check-ins arriving after 10pm will be charged the full amount of the stay.

Quiet Hours 10pm to 8am
During quiet hours, please keep conversations low, turn music down, be mindful of the TV, and keep traffic in and out of the room to a minimum. Quiet hours include rooms, patios, balconies, porches, parking lots and courtyard area. Sections of this motel were built in the 1950s and walls can be thin. Guests will be given 1 warning before being asked to leave without refund.

No Pets
We do allow service animals, but not emotional support animals.

No Smoking
Smoking tobacco or marijuana is not permitted in guest rooms or anywhere on site. Tobacco may be smoked only in designated area by front drive. Although Amendment 64 allows the smoking of marijuana in Colorado, it DOES NOT allow the smoking of marijuana in public places which includes hotels.

WiFi
Wireless internet is offered as a free service. If you experience any difficulties with the service we will make every effort to help; however we will not give refunds if the service is down.
This is a rural mountain town, internet and cell service may not be the same as what you are typically used to.

Hot Springs Facilities
Complimentary access to lodging guests. Open 8am to 10pm.

No Alcohol in Hot Springs Facility
Hot water and alcohol do not mix. If you have alcohol in any type of container in the hot springs facility, are visibly drunk, or our staff has a concern about your condition, you will be asked to leave the hot springs area.
