Here's tip #2 ...

If possible start your morning with prayerful meditation, stretching and yoga. All of these are great ways to release pent-up tension in your body.

And now that mud season is over, be sure to get outside! Reservoir Hill is a nice spot for hiking – but keep social distancing in mind. You’ll find stretching/exercise stations scattered along the trails for some extra workout opportunities.
